Job Description:-

Responsibility Deliverables

1. Leading a team of young skilled and semi-skilled individuals for delivering the process.
2. Ensuring process is delivered by optimum number of resources; so he/she has to drive productivity while keeping the quality of callings and audits.
3. Interfacing with internal team for all process related issues.

Tasks and Activities

1. Understanding the process brief and creating the SOP document for the process / project delivery.
2. Allocating daily work to the team members and ensuring completion of daily , weekly and monthly targets.
3. Preparing the MIS Reports of the projects ( Daily, Monthly, Weekly)
4. Creating training material for briefing to team members.
5. Determining the key metrics of Quality and creating training manual accordingly.
6. Managing and motivating the team so that productivity norms are adhered to.
7. Create reports, process documents needed internally or by the client for monitoring the process/ track results of the process.
8. Create team leaders to manage smaller teams efficiently.

Candidate Skills Requirement:

1. The candidate should be well verse in advance excel and formula
2. He should have min 2-3 yrs experience in advance excel and Mis Reporting.
3. He should have coordination Experience.
4. He should have handled team of 10-20 people
5. Huge data handing exposure in Excel
6. Graduate & male candidate
